It’s no failure of virtue to find compromise
Finding better solutions to problems
We all can rise
Strong belief is good, hold values dear
Not weak to be diplomatic, move beyond fear
Authoritarian power is not the way
To realize brighter future where all can say
They have a voice, they have a chance
To create a better circumstance
For themselves, families, neighborhoods
Supporting each other for the common good
Respect for all humans is a basic tenet
Even though tribal warfare is part of our nature
Time to evolve beyond it, assure better future
Stop making the same mistakes of the past
Relearning the same lessons, finding wisdom at last
Rediscover true virtue
Wisdom, temperance, courage, justice
Survival and thriving comes from mutual striving
Far beyond animal instinct, selfish intention
Cooperation is superior, greatest natural invention
So work together in all of your days
