​There is a time, there is a place
In some forgotten empty space
Look deep inside, explore yourself
There is something there you didn’t know about
Or maybe you knew and just forgot
That part of you that makes you whole
No matter where you are or what’s going on
Nothing and no one can take it away
No matter what they do or what they say
Remind yourself of your spiritual side
Beyond human nature, beyond ego and pride
You are enough right now, who you are supposed to be
Still becoming yes, always more to do
Accomplishments, self gratification and more
Discover eventually there is more in store
Connect to spirit inside of you
Common consciousness in others connected too
More satisfaction, more peace of mind
Concern for environment, others, humankind
Beyond selfishness, but still good for you
Find love for friends, family, neighbors, lover
Love for self as well, especially that spirit
Inside, above, below, around
Never lost again once truly found
Take to heart and mind, true belief
The most important part of you to provide relief
Through all ups and downs
Smiles and frowns
Never forget to pay respect
Your spiritual side do not neglect
The best guide of all to navigate your path
Throughout this life and beyond
Source of joy and peace and love that lasts
More than time and space in the present realm
Decisions, choices, let spirit take the helm
Find meaning, purpose in the present life
Undeterred by hardship, difficulty, strife
Guided throughout by that true inner voice
Stay connected, listen, when you have a choice
Decisions will flow more easily now
Do the work, find out how
Awakened, enlightened, more aware
Open, honest, sincere, not scared
To be just who you really are
Be here, be now, don’t worry how far
You will go tomorrow or how far you’ve come
Realize some potential, create, have fun
Continue evolving, becoming better
Improving things, stronger together
