Seeking to alleviate
Give them some rest
From such stress and strain
Worry and dismay
Consumed with much pain
No joy in their day
How best can I help you
Share what I’ve learned
Give love and affection
Show true concern
Perhaps open some eyes
Touch hearts and minds too
Awakening to new perspectives
