Make your preparations
It will be a big one
There will be devastation

Best to hunker down
You can’t fight mother nature
Batten down the hatches
Carelessness haunts the future

Do everything you can
Create safe space for yours
Consider all scenarios
You know when it rains it pours

Diligence, hard work, good faith
Pay off for you over time
You reap what you sow in life
With or without intervention divine

Be a good person to others
Don’t lie, cheat, steal or deceive
In the end behavior makes a difference
Fear, worry, sadness relieved

Observing bad actions of others
No consequence obvious at first
Tempted to try it out too
For power many hunger and thirst

For you and those you most love
Accept that which you deserve
The pain will be much greater
Right path not taken at first

There will be a chance for forgiveness
Amends you may try to make
Accept the hard truth of your actions
Change behavior, try correcting mistakes

No one is right all the time
All erring at points on the way
Living a life full of choices
Corrupted by others we say

Take charge of decisions you own
Choose good over evil each time
Beware bad influence upon you
